Game
Each turn you get one card with one or more "buildings" to choose from and play on your city.
The game consists of 5 rounds of at least 5 turns.
Make the best choices to get the highest score at the end of the game.
Deck
Your game deck consists of 15 normal cards generated at the start of the game.
But every round one slum card and to special cards are added to the deck.
After which the deck is shuffled.
When playing a slum or special card they do not count towards the 5 turns per round, therefor more than 5 cards can be played in a single round.

Note: When playing a challenge you will be using same starting deck, same map and same bonus cards as the game you challenge, cards can be shuffled differently though !
Card
Card consists of one or more building options to choose from. Each building options also has a given pattern on how it will be placed on the board. The building pattern can be rotated on the board, but not flipped.
Scoring
Most important part of the game is to know how the scoring works (you can always click on a building on the board for it's scoring details)
Note:Only Houses, Offices and Factories can gain points !

Local Bonusses count per building.
- Red buildings get +4 points when neighbouring a park.
- Yellow buildings get +4 points when neighbouring water.

Area Bonusses are a single score for all connected blocks of the same kind.
- House areas can gain up +6 points for the size of the area (1 per house, with a maximum of 6).
- Office areas can gain up +8 points for the size of the area (1 per office, with a maximum of 8).
- Factory areas gain +1 point per factory, with no maximum. But only for the largest factory area.

Losing a bonus: To make things a bit trickier, houses can lose their Local and Areas bonus !
- All houses in an area lose their local bonus when that area neighbours an Office area !
- All houses in an area lose their area bonus when that area neighbours a Factory area !
- All houses in an area lose both their area and local bonus when that area neighbours a Slum !

Job Bonusses are given to both houses, office and factories when they can reach each other (either directly, by road or by metro).
Note: If an area is reachable, the so are all buildings in it
- A red House Area gets a points for each Office it can reach, with a maxium of it's area size.
- A yellow House Area gets a points for each Factory it can reach, with a maxium of it's area size.
- An Office Area gets a points for each red House it can reach, with a maxium of it's area size.
- A Factory Area gets a points for each yellow House it can reach, with a maxium of it's area size.

Bonus Cards the final way of scoring is through the bonus cards given at the start of the game.
At the start of the game you are given 5 bonus cards. At the end of each round it will add bonus points for the correspoding bonus card
Note that the bonusses are highest in the earlier rounds !
Special buildings
Special buildings can only be found on the special cards that are added to the deck at the start of each round, and are always the size of 1 block
- Metro, makes neighbouring areas reachable to all other other areas neighbouring a metro.
- Fire station, all neighbouring house areas no longer lose their area bonus when neighbouring a Factory.
- Hospital, all houses in neighbouring areas no longer lose their local bonus when neighbouring an Office.
- Slum causes neighbouring house areas to lose both local and area bonus. Each round it will expand into one vacant neigbouring block for each 4 slumblocks in the area.
- Police station, when placed neighbouring a Slum area it will prevent that slum area from expanding each round.
